My Political Views

A significant influence on my political attitude was my family. My parents are basically conservative in their views. I feel that I was taught that old ways were time tested and that change was not usually for the better. I have always had the view that politics generally worked in favor or monied interests, and that there is a general misunderstanding and misinformation of foundational principles.

I think that the role of the media in determining political attitudes is very great. I believe that people view the media as an extension of collective reasoning, and adopt quite readily the media’s views. Additionally, relationships either in the community or through media contain peer pressure to succumb to popular opinion.

The ideal political environment for me would be a general understanding by most people of foundational constitutional principles. And their duties in relation to having a government which plays a very limited and negative role in there private affairs. Which ideal presently seems impossible to return to. I believe that there has been a significant decline in support of the original republic system and a move to more democratic systems. Many of the existing and impending changes compromising or voiding original foundational principles. And a loss of many of the original ideals of the republic.

Durring my research I generally discount other peoples hype and try to ferret out the facts regarding their information. I am appalled with what I have come to understand about government but have been careful not to join radical groups or get sucked into the hype of those offering information and do independent research on every topic. I generally stand out from others on my presentation of the material I find. But don’t usually discredit others who are trying. My advice to you is to keep up your interest and involvement, but be cautious of others who seem to have all the answers.

I personally believe that our current debt-based money system (money backed by T-bills and other paper assets) are the physical and tangible root cause of the corruption of the world. And it is what individuals, orders, governments, and other entities do with that corrupt debt-based money system to get immoral gain, oppress others, take control of property and rule over the poor masses, that is the spirit of the corruption of the world. "Absolute power corrupts absolutely." Fiat money allows for the transfer of power to the manipulators of the money. Draining power from individuals who’s unalienable right it is to have the power over their individual life, liberty and property.

I hope you also find this common thread to all the corruption in the world and personally decide to do what you can for yourself and others that are willing to listen.

I believe my present role in politics is one of understanding. And an advocate where reasonably possible of related foundational principles. To vote my conscience and participate where appropriate.
